Ingredients
a few slices of Serovia #2 Swiss-type cheese
bread
champignons (3 pieces per 1 toast)
1 tomato
skilandis (several slices)
apricot jam
butter, oil
Preparation
Choose your favourite type of bread, cut a few slices (unless you use toast bread) of it, cut champignons into slices (3 large champignons per 1 toast), do the same with peeled tomatoes. Fry the champignons and tomatoes in a mixture of butter and oil.
Then, spread the bread with apricot jam, and then put the following layers: cheese, champignons, tomatoes, a few slices of skilandis, and finally cheese again.
Cover the whole thing with bread and put it gently on a hot pan (butter and oil), fry on each side until the bread is browned (1,5-2 minutes on each side).
You can cover the pan for a moment so that the cheese is fully melted in the toast.
