Our company is a team of enthusiasts who use excellent recipes and compositions to create unique cheeses with exceptional flavours. At Serovia®, we do not compromise on the quality and taste of our products. We want our customers to be always satisfied, and our cheeses to be their and our showcase. Our logo and slogan reflect our aspirations – Serovia® is a combination of the craftsmanship of cheesemaking with a note of modernity. Creating our cheeses is a real art, comparable to composing outstanding music. Serovia® cheeses delight with the composition of taste and smell, and the notes accompanying them complete the work and make them unique.


SEROVIA® cheeses are produced exclusively of Polish milk from our own purchasing centres. Regular suppliers from nearby farms and a high standard of control of the delivered milk are the key to maintaining a constant level of quality and taste.

SEROVIA® offers cheeses that do not contain lactose, and therefore are suitable for consumption by people suffering from lactose intolerance. The lactose level is ≤ 0.01 g/100 g.

Cheeses are a rich source of calcium that helps keep the body healthy. Depending on the type, SEROVIA® cheeses contain from 787 mg/100 g (Mozzarella) to 996 mg/100 g (#1, #2 and #3 cheeses) calcium.

SEROVIA® aims to offer the most natural products, without artificial additives. That is why smoked cheeses owe their taste and smell only to the natural process of smoking with alder and beech wood smoke. The combination of these two species gives the cheese a unique aroma.

Our cheesemaking recipes are pure poetry, pure in the true sense of the word. This means that we do not use any preservatives or other chemicals to extend the shelf life or improve the taste.
