Swiss #2

Serovia #2 is a perfectly ripened Swiss-type cheese, which impresses with its unique taste from the first bite. Produced using carefully selected strains of lactic bacteria, each piece is a perfectly refined composition that melts in the mouth. A noticeable note of delicate sharpness, a subtle nutty flavour and delicate sweetness are just some of the characteristic features of this exceptional cheese.

Serovia #2 cheese also has characteristic eyes of a regular, round shape, which proves the perfectly conducted ripening process.

It is produced only from the best Polish milk, coming from our own purchasing centres in the Lublin, Podlasie and Mazovia regions. Contains at least 45% milk fat in dry matter.

Packed in a protective atmosphere.

Store at +1 °C to +8 °C
