MOZZARELLA Serovia is an ideal proposition for lovers of Italian flavours who appreciate Polish quality and tradition. Cheesemakers with attention to details have composed Mozzarella with an ideal structure that ensures adequate stretch during heat treatment. Thanks to this, the cheese is perfect as an ingredient for pizza, casseroles or toasts. Its mild, slightly milky taste and the possibility to cut and grate into chips make it suitable for many dishes.
MOZZARELLA Serovia is made exclusively of milk from our own purchasing centres in Poland, which guarantees its exceptional quality and taste. The best temperature for melting is approx. 280 °C for 5 minutes.
MOZZARELLA Serovia contains not less than 38% milk fat.
