Ingredients
80 g of Serovia grated cheeses mix
2 spellt bread rolls
60 g of salami
2 eggs
chives
salt
pepper
oregano
granulated garlic
Preparation
Cut off the tops of the rolls and scoop out the flesh from the inside. Chop the chives and cut the salami into strips.
In a bowl, combine salami, chives, cheese and spices.
Stuff the hollow bottoms of the rolls with the prepared mixture. Place in the oven for about 5 minutes (200 degrees – upper grill).
