Discover new taste sensations – the result of the experiments of Serovia® cheesemakers and try MOZZARELLA NATURALLY smoked with beech and alder wood smoke without the use of aromas. In this cheese, cheesemakers create unusual flavour compositions, combining the traditional Italian taste of Mozzarella with a Polish accent, using exclusively milk from our own purchasing centres.

Thanks to smoking, the cheese gained a salty taste with a slightly spicy, smoked accent, while maintaining the stretch and meltability desired for Mozzarella. Its uniform, yellowish flesh with a characteristic crust is a real feast for the palate. It is ideal for cutting into thin and thick slices for grilling.

MOZZARELLA NATURALLY smoked with smoke from beech and alder wood is a cheese for gourmets who are looking for new taste sensations. It contains not less than 38% milk fat.
