In this cheese, cheesemakers create unusual flavour compositions, combining the traditional Italian taste of Mozzarella with a Polish accent, using exclusively milk from our own purchasing centres.
Thanks to smoking, the cheese gained a salty taste with a slightly spicy, smoked accent, while maintaining the stretch and meltability desired for Mozzarella. Its uniform, yellowish flesh with a characteristic crust is a real feast for the palate. It is ideal for cutting into thin and thick slices for grilling.
MOZZARELLA NATURALLY smoked with smoke from beech and alder wood is a cheese for gourmets who are looking for new taste sensations. It contains not less than 38% milk fat.
