Serovia #3 cheese is a smoked Dutch-type cheese, the taste of which is simply delightful. It is produced using specially selected strains of lactic bacteria and a controlled ripening process, and then subjected to natural smoking with beech and alder wood smoke, which gives it a unique character.

Its salty taste fits perfectly with any sandwich, and the almost uniform structure and delicate crust after smoking make it perfect for all hot dishes, including grilling.

Serovia #3 cheese is made exclusively of Polish milk, coming from our own purchasing centres from breeders from the Lublin, Podlasie and Mazovia regions. It contains not less than 45% milk fat.

Packed in a protective atmosphere.
