Dutch #1

Serovia #1 is a unique Dutch-type cheese that should be included in your daily diet. Our cheese is produced using specially selected microbiological rennet and is subjected to a strictly controlled maturing process. However, this is no ordinary Gouda! It is distinguished by a mild, sour taste and a soft and flexible structure that is perfect for cutting, grating or melting.

It is an intricately refined composition that delights with delicate nut flavour notes, while meeting high culinary expectations.

Serovia #1 is made exclusively of Polish milk, which we obtain from breeders in the Lublin, Podlasie and Mazovia regions. It contains not less than 45% milk fat in dry matter, which guarantees excellent taste and quality.

salt, stabilizer – calcium chloride,

microbiological rennet,

cultures of lactic bacteria,

dye – carotenes.

Packed in a protective atmosphere.
