Ingredients
50 g (for one croissant) of Serovia #1 Dutch-type cheese
croissant
Black Forest ham
raspberry jam
fresh raspberries
Preparation
Cut the croissant (can be ready from the store) in half lengthwise, spread with raspberry jam, sprinkle with grated cheese, put slices of ham, complete with fresh raspberries and chopped mint.
Put the opened halves (the other half only smeared with jam) of the croissant into the oven (200 ℃) for 3-4 minutes.
After all, put them together and they’re ready.
