100 g of Dutch-smoked Serovia #3 cheese
100 g of buckwheat groats (unroasted)
70 g of pumpkin (small)
0.5 pcs. yellow pepper
2 pcs. Brussels sprouts
1 shallot (or red onion)
80 g of wheat flour
1 egg

Buckwheat groats pie with smoked cheese

Preparation

Cook unroasted buckwheat groats with the addition of allspice and bay leaves (100 g, about 10 minutes), strain and set aside.

Into a heated frying pan with a little bit of butter and oil, put 70 g of chopped pumpkin, 3 cloves of garlic (chopped), 1 large shallot (or red onion), add 2 pieces of Brussels sprouts, 50 g of yellow pepper.

Leave it to cool down. Combine buckwheat groats with vegetables, cheese, adding one raw egg, 80 g of wheat flour (in a bowl), add chopped parsley, salt and pepper for taste.

Form pancakes of this mass and fry in butter and oil until golden brown.

Serve with sauce, e.g. yogurt (skyr or Greek), chives, salt, pepper.
